Allow Guest Messages: Turn on/off the ability for wait list guests to send you messages via the TableUp messaging system. When you receive a message from a guest, the background will turn pink on the wait list.
Allow Join Call Ahead Online: Allow guests to join your call ahead list online via the TableUp guest app, your own guest app, and website forms.
Allow Pre-Order: Allow wait list parties to create a pre-order from a custom menu of your choosing. Contact us at email@example.com for setup and more info.
Allow Guest Feedback: Allow guests to leave internal feedback only accessible to your staff. You can set this to either use the TableUp system (choose Email Form) or your own feedback system by choosing Email Link and entering in the URL of your feedback form.
Allow Join Email List: Allow guests to join your email list. You can set this to either use the TableUp system (which can be integrated with MailChimp or Constant Contact) by also selecting Email Form, OR you can send guests directly to any email list signup link by choosing Email Link and entering a URL for the form.
Link to Rewards/Loyalty Program: Include a link for guests to join an external rewards/loyalty program and include the link to signup.
Link to Buy Gift Cards: Include a link for guests to purchase gift cards online.
Send a Post Visit Text Message: Turn this feature on or off and specify how many minutes after a party is seated that the text message will be sent. This is a great opportunity to thank guests for visiting and encourage them to leave feedback and connect.
Send Pre-Reservation Text Message: Turn this feature on or off and specify how many hours before a reservation that the text message will be sent. This is a great way to automatically remind guests of their upcoming reservation and encourage them to confirm or cancel. If a guest confirms, their name will appear in GREEN on the iPad app. If a guest cancels, the reservation is automatically marked as cancel on the iPad (can still be viewed by tapping the Sat/Remove tab).
View Today's Reservations on Wait List: If you accept reservations, you can set this to on and view the current day's reservations on the wait list instead of having to switch back and forth between Wait List and Reservations tabs.
